This fragrant and delicious strawberry delight will melt in your mouth. It’s perfect for a cozy Sunday afternoon.
• 6 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
• 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
• 250g / 9oz bittersweet chocolate
• ½ teaspoon instant coffee granules
• 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier liqueur
• 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
• Strawberries for serving
• Bamboo skewers
In a heat-proof bowl set over simmering water, heat the cream and orange zest. Add the chocolate, coffee, Grand Marnier, and corn syrup and stir constantly until the chocolate is just melted and smooth. Keep the chocolate warm in a fondue pot or in a glass bowl set over the simmering water. Serve the warm chocolate with a large plate of strawberries on bamboo skewers for dipping.
